Final Answer is directly responsible for the dispatch and delivery of orders placed by customers. However, in situations where we are unable to personally delivery your orders by our Delivery team, we may delegate a delivery or courier company whom we choose to work with and trust to carry out the delivery of orders to customers. We will inform you should this event occur.
In this situation, we may have to share your information with the delivery company in order to fulfill the delivery service and dispatch your order.

- Delivery is made from Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs GMT
- Outside the specified days and hours may be arranged as Stated Delivery
- Delivery charges are billed to customer and stated on final bill
- All undelivered orders with unidentified addresses will be sent back to Final Answer for future delivery processing. The customer will be charged for re-delivery.
- If driver is unable to deliver order(s) for reasons beyond his control except for wrong addressing, improper proof of identification for receipt of order, order shall be re-delivered for free.
- Although we aim to deliver on time, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time due to traffic situations. We kindly ask customers to make an hour wait after the stated delivery time in the dispatch email before calling Final Answer to report or make complaint. We will however keep you informed on your delivery status.
- An SMS notification will be sent, followed by a call, a day before the delivery date and an hour prior to delivery to advise client on the status of their order dispatch.
- Faulty, damaged or missing goods must be reported to Final within 24 hrs of receipt of order.
- Where free delivery applies, please use promotion code given. Final Answer reserves the right to withdraw free delivery promos.
Ordering from Outside Accra – Tema Region (To be delivered to a Ghanaian address)
When ordering from outside Accra please take note of the following;
- Order may take 2 to 10 working days to be delivered to customer depending on the location and delivery mode preferred by the customer.
- Customer may choose to send order by air or bus route.
- All orders can be tracked with the order tracking number provided in the dispatch email.
