It’s simple. Using our menu tab, simply search for an item or browse the options available on our website. When ready to make a purchase, create an account, add items to your shopping cart and continue until you are done shopping.

Creating an account enables you save your shopping cart and get updates on new product offers, sales and promotions.

Don’t panic. Simply click on the forgotten password tab and it will redirect you to a secure page to create a new password and access your account.

Orders & Payment

First create an account. This helps saves your items in your shopping cart. Then proceed to browsing the items online and add to your cart with the quantities required. When you are done shopping, proceed to Checkout. Select your preferred delivery time. You will know your total bill at this point including delivery fees and proceed to making payment.

You can make payment in-store and online via Visa / MasterCard or Mobile Money across all networks

Yes, items online are inclusive of 3% VAT.

Delivery

We have various delivery options available. Choose the option most suitable for you.
Our delivery options include;

  • Express – within Accra – Tema Region (subject to availability) within one hour of order
  • Same Day – within Accra -Tema (subject to availability) from 7:00hrs to 18:00hrs GMT
  • Next Day – Order received by 13:00hrs GMT
  • Stated – Specify day and time for delivery
  • Normal Delivery – 2-3 working days

Yes, we do delivery outside Accra. Usually takes 2- 10 working days to receive your order(s) depending on the preferred delivery option.

Returns & Refund

We advise you contact customer service to inform them about your order and the item you would like to return. Your customer service rep will then advice the next step to take. Do note, you would have to return the item in the original packaging it came in with all the payment receipts and dispatch notes attached. If you do not follow this advice, it will be difficult to have your returned item accepted.

If your item returned meets our refund policy, Yes, we will refund the full purchase amount to the payment card account or mobile money account used for the transaction. Refunds do not include delivery fees.

Refunds takes 2 – 10 working days depending on the payment channel used, after customer service has received and resolved your issue.

Pricing, Offers & Promotions

We maintain a uniform price in-store and online at all times. However, certain promotional offers & prices online would ONLY be available online for the specified promo period.

Offers and promotions are listed on the home page and across our categories.
Alternatively, you can subscribe to our email and phone alerts to get notifications on offers and promotions available.

If at the time of shopping online, the item was on sale or offer, the items would only be available for that offer period at the offer price, whiles stock is available.
If the offer requires multi-buy to enjoy the discount offer at the time, for example, buy 2 get one free, the customer would have to make the multi-buy purchase to enjoy the offer available. Otherwise, all items added to cart will be charged at the normal price.

No. There are no hidden cost. All cost is clearly stated at checkout. If there are any unknown charges on your bill, kindly contact customer service to lodge a complaint.
