Josephine recently joined the Final Answer family. Just 5 months into the job, she has quickly become knowledgeable in her role as a customer service rep. Mary has been working with the company for the past 2 year. She works as a Sales Executive. For her, every day comes with it own pressures and every customer with their peculiar needs. Working smart has helped Mary stay on top of her game. And she’s constantly improving on her skills.

Cynthia is one of our outstanding Sales Executives. She has been with Final Answer since 2017. We have seen her growth in service delivery and handling customers since she joined our team. Cynthia is one of our team members who took time off work to study.

Fredrick has been with Final Answer since 2016. He started of as a sales assistant and now manages the Warehouse. Fredrick believes in teamwork and holds the value that, supporting each other collectively as a team will ultimately lead to rendering the best of service to our customers. Fredrick is one of our team members that have received support to further their education. Developing our team is an essential part of our values. As we grow, we want to move up with people who are constantly improving upon their individual self.

Stephen joined us in 2016 as a driver; our trusted chauffer and delivery person. Over time, Stephen developed interest in technical support service, working with our on-call technical team that assists customers with any technical issues they may be encountering. Today, Stephen dubs as our in-house technician and dispatch. Trust Stephen to be at your premise with a smile either to deliver your orders intact or provide technical support on simple technical issues. And if its beyond him, he will bring in the best team to sort you out.

Bernice is our newest team member. She comes in as an entry level customer service rep with previous experience as a service attendant. Over the past few months, she has learnt to explore the opportunities available to her in the organization and cart her career path. She is an amazing team player, carefully listening and offering alternative suggestions to customer requests.
