Returns & Refund

We aim to satisfy all our customers and hope you will be pleased with everything you have bought from us. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason and would like to make a return, kindly call customer service, log your complaint or report and return purchase within 48 hours after delivery.


We will only refund full price you paid for items received in its exact condition as dispatched with proof of purchase made and all other dispatch notes attached.
Refunds will only be made to the same account used to make payment (Card account or Mobile Money). Refunds are made between 2 to 10 working days of receipt of returned purchase and confirmation of receipt sent to the customer.

Please do also note that, refunds do not include cost of delivery. Only the value of purchase paid for will be refunded.

  • When products ordered are not available in stock or quantity ordered and paid for
